General
4TM is a South African product and fabrication ecosystem built around physical products, design, manufacturing, branding and experience. The public-facing business is divided into focused pillars so customers can shop products, rent event pieces, enquire about fabrication or develop branded physical solutions without everything being mixed into one service list.
The four main public pillars are 4TM, Made4Moments, 4TM Worx and 4th BrandHaus. 4TM focuses on owned products and ranges, Made4Moments on rentals and social event objects, 4TM Worx on fabrication and trade support, and 4th BrandHaus on physical branding and branded business products.
4TM operates from the Stellenbosch / Cape Winelands area in the Western Cape. Delivery, collection, installation and project availability depend on the product, service and destination.
No. Stellenbosch and the Cape Winelands are our home base, but the suitable service area depends on what you are ordering. Smaller products, furniture, rental items, installations and B2B fabrication all have different transport requirements. Contact us with your location and we will confirm what is practical.
As a simple guide: shop through 4TM for our own products, use Made4Moments for event rentals and social pieces, contact 4TM Worx for fabrication or trade production, and contact 4th BrandHaus for branded products, embroidery, signage and physical brand identity.
If your project overlaps more than one pillar, send one enquiry. We can route it internally.
Yes. Some projects naturally combine product design, fabrication, branding and event or hospitality use. You do not need to work out the internal structure before contacting us. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will advise on the most appropriate route.
Selected custom work is possible, but customisation is not automatically available on every product or service. Some items are intentionally standardised while others can be adapted by size, material, finish, branding or application. Send the requirements before assuming a standard product can be changed.
A fixed online price works when the product or scope is predictable. Delivery, installation, custom dimensions, branding, quantities, material choices or unusual project requirements can materially change a job. In those cases we quote the complete scope rather than publish a misleading one-size-fits-all price.
Workshop visits are not treated as open retail browsing by default. If an in-person discussion, collection, sample review or project meeting is appropriate, arrange it with us first.
Yes. Reference images, sketches, measurements and examples can be useful when explaining a project. They are treated as reference material rather than an automatic instruction to reproduce another designer or brand's work exactly.
Use the enquiry or contact option shown on the relevant product, collection or service page. For a faster response, include your name, location, quantity, required date and a short description of what you need. Add dimensions, artwork or files where relevant.
Yes. The FAQ is intended to answer common questions, not limit what you can ask. Contact us for product-specific, project-specific or unusual requirements.
If it is a normal 4TM product with a small approved branding option, it may remain a product order. If the branding, quantity, packaging or design becomes a business project, it should move through 4th BrandHaus.
If you already have a defined product and need fabrication, 4TM Worx is usually the right route. If the product still needs brand positioning, product format, branded presentation or commercial development, BrandHaus may become the intake point.
Start with Made4Moments. If the item is already available as a product, you can be directed to 4TM. If it needs to be custom-built or branded for a venue, it may be routed through 4TM Worx or BrandHaus.
Start with Made4Moments if the goal is a rental or event activation. 4th BrandHaus can handle the physical branding. If the company wants to purchase a permanent custom set, the project can be routed accordingly.
Start with 4th BrandHaus when the objective is a branded display solution. BrandHaus can coordinate the identity and presentation requirements while fabrication is handled through the wider 4TM production system.
Use 4TM Worx. Send the material, thickness, quantity, dimensions and production-ready files where available.
No. Send one clear enquiry describing the full requirement. The work can be divided internally across the relevant pillars.
Still not sure?
Send us the product, project or event details and we will point you in the right direction. Helpful information to include: location, quantity, required date, dimensions, photographs, drawings or artwork where relevant.
Contact 4TM4TM-Products and Furniture
4TM develops and sells its own physical products and ranges. These can include furniture, home and hospitality objects, food and serving products, wine-related products, performance and training equipment, and future product systems developed within the wider 4TM ecosystem.
Lead time depends on the product, quantity, stock status, finish and current production schedule. Where a product has a specific lead time it should be shown on the product page or confirmed after ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you have a fixed deadline.
Delivery options depend on the product and destination. Smaller items may be suitable for normal shipping, while furniture, bulky items and specialised products may require scheduled delivery or collection. Final delivery arrangements are confirmed according to the order.
Some products allow controlled options such as size, finish, colour, material or configuration. Other products are intentionally sold in fixed formats to protect design, performance and production consistency. Contact us if the required option is not shown.
No two pieces of natural timber are identical. Grain, colour, figure and tonal variation are part of the material. Product photographs and renders communicate the intended design and finish, but natural variation should be expected.
Returns and exchanges are governed by the store policies applicable to the item and order type. Standard stocked goods, made-to-order products, customised goods and commissioned work may be treated differently. The applicable Shopify policy pages should remain the final reference.
Selected products may be available for wholesale, retail placement or recurring B2B supply. Wholesale approval, minimum quantities and pricing depend on the product and account.
The production method varies by product. Some products are repeatable batch-produced items, while others are made in smaller runs or made to order. The relevant product page should indicate the expected purchasing and production format where necessary.
Many larger, specialised or configurable products may be made to order. Smaller products may be kept in stock or produced in batches. If timing is important, confirm availability before ordering.
Possibly, but rush production is not guaranteed. It depends on the product and current workshop capacity. Additional charges may apply where a job requires priority scheduling or unusual handling.
Delivery can be arranged for suitable orders in the Cape Winelands and greater Cape Town region. Cost and availability depend on the size of the item, destination, access and handling requirements.
Collection may be available on selected orders by arrangement. Wait for confirmation that the order is complete and ready before travelling for collection.
Some products may be suitable for broader delivery, while others may require specialised freight or may be limited by size and handling. Contact us with the product and destination for confirmation.
Large furniture or oversized products may be handled through scheduled local delivery, dedicated transport, collection or a suitable freight arrangement. We will advise on the practical option for the specific order.
We aim to provide realistic scheduling, but delivery timing can depend on production, third-party transport and access. If your order is needed for an event, installation, handover or specific date, tell us before ordering so that feasibility can be confirmed.
Selected products may support dimensional changes, but a size change can affect proportions, structure, material usage, price and lead time. It should therefore be treated as a quoted variation rather than assumed to be a free adjustment.
Only where the product or range allows it. 4TM ranges use controlled material systems so that the design remains consistent. If a timber option is not listed, enquire before ordering rather than assuming it can be substituted.
Yes. Natural materials can shift in tone through age, light exposure, use and care. This is a normal characteristic of timber rather than a manufacturing defect.
The website may use a combination of photography, styled imagery and high-quality 3D visualisation where appropriate. Renders are used to communicate form, configuration or finish, but natural materials and real-world lighting can vary.
Screen brightness, colour calibration, photography and rendering can change how finishes appear. If exact colour matching is critical for an interior project, contact us before ordering.
Selected products may offer 3D or augmented-reality viewing where available. These tools are intended to help understand scale, form and placement. They should not be treated as a substitute for checking the listed dimensions.
AR can be useful for visual planning, but the final decision should always be based on the published dimensions and your own measured space. Device tracking and room scanning can introduce visual differences.
Dimensions should be listed on the relevant product page. If a dimension is unclear or the product needs to fit a specific space, contact us before ordering.
Technical information may be supplied where it is appropriate for installation, interior planning or professional specification. Manufacturing drawings, internal construction information and proprietary design files are not automatically supplied with a product purchase.
Yes. Designers, architects, hospitality professionals and other project teams are welcome to enquire about product specifications, finishes, project quantities and suitable trade collaboration.
Material or finish samples may be possible for larger furniture, commercial or specification-driven projects. Availability depends on the material and project.
Some products are well suited to hospitality, office, retail, gym or other commercial environments, while others are intended primarily for residential use. Ask us about the intended environment if commercial durability is important.
No. Outdoor suitability is product-specific. Do not assume that a timber, coating or metal finish is designed for permanent exterior exposure unless the product description specifically states this.
This varies by product and delivery method. Some items can be supplied assembled, while others may require controlled assembly or installation because of their size. The relevant arrangement will be confirmed where necessary.
Installation may be available where the product, project or location requires it. Freestanding products may not require any installation.
Use gentle cleaning methods, avoid prolonged standing water and follow any product-specific care guidance supplied. Natural-oil, coated and outdoor products can have different maintenance needs, so use the instructions for the specific product rather than a universal furniture treatment.
Avoid unnecessary abrasion and harsh chemicals. Powder-coated, painted, stainless, aluminium and other metal finishes have different care requirements. Contact us if a finish has been damaged or if you are unsure which cleaner is suitable.
Only if it is appropriate for the material and finish. Test cautiously and avoid aggressive solvents or abrasive cleaners unless the product guidance specifically allows them.
Contact us as soon as possible with the order details and clear photographs of the packaging and product. Do not discard relevant packaging until the issue has been assessed.
Contact us with the order number and photographs so the order can be checked and the appropriate next step confirmed.
Customised and made-to-order products may have different return or cancellation conditions from normal stocked goods. Review the applicable store terms before approving a custom order.
Any applicable warranty or remedy depends on the product, nature of the issue, normal use and the relevant store terms. Contact us with the product details if you believe there is a manufacturing problem.
Normal wear, natural material movement, ageing, surface marks from use and damage caused by incorrect care are different from a manufacturing defect. If you are unsure, send photographs and a description so the issue can be assessed.
Often, yes, depending on the product and type of damage. Repair, refinishing or replacement options are assessed case by case.
Replacement components may be available for products designed around replaceable parts. Contact us with photographs and the product information.
Yes. Hospitality and commercial enquiries are welcome. Larger quantities, repeat orders, project-specific products or branded requirements may be routed through the most suitable 4TM pillar.
Not necessarily. Wholesale pricing depends on quantity, product, packaging, production structure and the commercial relationship. Contact us with the products and expected order volumes.
Potentially. Suitable retail and hospitality partnerships are considered selectively. Provide your business name, location, customer profile and the products you are interested in stocking.
Selected high-volume or strategically suitable products may support co-branding, custom branding or white-label production. This is not automatically available on normal retail quantities.
Possibly. Branded business orders are normally assessed through 4th BrandHaus because logo application, placement, artwork and quantities need to be controlled properly.
Yes, but a new product is different from a normal product variation. Depending on the project, it may move into product development, custom fabrication or BrandHaus rather than remain a normal online-shop order.
Selected one-off or highly customised furniture projects may be considered, but they are quoted separately from normal 4TM ranges.
Reference images can help explain your taste or functional requirement, but we do not treat another creator's product as a production drawing. We may propose an original solution that answers the same need without simply reproducing another design.
Material choice is part of the design system. Restricting combinations helps preserve the intended appearance, performance, consistency and production quality of a range.
Yes. 4TM includes performance-focused products such as 4Fit training tools. Product pages should explain the intended training use, size, configuration and relevant safety considerations.
4Fit products are training and movement tools, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or personalised clinical treatment. If you have an injury, medical condition or rehabilitation requirement, use appropriate professional guidance.
Yes. Professional, facility and multi-unit enquiries are welcome. Contact us with the environment, product quantities and intended use.
Where products naturally work together, bundles or project quotations may be possible. If an online bundle is not shown, ask us about the specific combination.
Selected products may be suitable for gifting, corporate gifting or presentation packaging. Availability depends on the product and quantity.
Where practical, gifting notes or personalised elements may be possible. For branded or higher-volume gifting, use 4th BrandHaus.
If gift cards are active on the store, they should be purchased and used according to the terms shown on the gift-card product page. If they are not currently listed, contact us before assuming they are available.
Online prices apply to the product and options shown at the time of purchase. Delivery, installation, customisation, branding, special finishes or project-specific requirements may require additional quotation.
Yes. Product pricing can change as materials, production and product specifications evolve. The price confirmed on a completed order or accepted formal quote is the relevant price for that transaction, subject to the applicable terms.
Quantity-based pricing may be possible for selected products, especially repeatable batch orders. It is not automatic across the entire store. Contact us with the quantity required.
Reservation terms depend on the product and sales format. Stock, production capacity or custom project slots are generally not assumed to be secured until the required payment or deposit has been completed.
A deposit may be required for made-to-order, custom, furniture or quoted work. The payment structure will be shown on the quote or communicated before production begins.
For quoted or made-to-order work, production normally starts once the required information, approvals and payment conditions have been met.
Changes may be limited once materials have been ordered or production has started. If a change is still possible, it may affect cost and lead time. Contact us immediately rather than waiting until completion.
For longer or project-based orders, updates may be provided at relevant milestones. Routine batch products may not require step-by-step production updates.
For normal 4TM retail products, materials are generally controlled by 4TM so that the intended result remains consistent. Client-supplied materials are more likely to be handled through 4TM Worx or a separately quoted project.
Possibly. Special materials are project-dependent and may affect price, lead time, minimum order quantity and design suitability.
Include:
- the product or range;
- room or installation location;
- required dimensions;
- preferred material or finish where applicable;
- delivery location;
- quantity;
- required date;
- photographs or drawings if the piece must fit around existing architecture.
Include the product name, quantity, destination and any required date. If the question concerns fit, installation or compatibility, include dimensions and photographs.

Ask About a ProductMade4Moments — Rentals & Events
The range can include premium lawn games, indoor social games, champagne walls, social tables, picnic or tasting pieces, event furniture, interactive stations, photo-friendly objects and other event-focused products as the collection develops.
Send the event date, venue, location and the items you are interested in. Availability should be confirmed before relying on an item for an event.
As early as practical, especially for popular weekends, wedding season and larger bookings. Availability is only confirmed when the booking requirements and payment conditions have been completed.
Delivery may be available depending on the venue, location, product size and booking. Delivery should be quoted separately where it is not included in a package.
Setup depends on the product. Simple items may only require placement, while larger interaction pieces, branded systems or furniture may require installation or setup. This should be confirmed in the booking.
Made4Moments is based in the Stellenbosch / Cape Winelands area. The practical service radius depends on the booking value, product size, venue and transport requirements. Cape Winelands and greater Cape Town enquiries are welcome.
Weather remains an important consideration for outdoor rentals. Some products can be moved under cover, while others should not remain exposed to rain or wet ground. A wet-weather plan should be considered with the venue.
A refundable security or damage deposit may apply to selected rentals. The amount and conditions should be confirmed on the quote or booking documentation.
Selected items may support temporary, event-specific or longer-term branding. Branding scope, quantity, artwork, application method and lead time must be confirmed in advance.
Made4Moments is the event, rental and interaction pillar of 4TM. It focuses on physical pieces that help people gather, play, photograph, toast, compete and interact at weddings, private events, corporate functions, hospitality venues and other social settings.
No. Made4Moments is not positioned as a full wedding planner, event coordinator, caterer or floral company. We focus on rentable and sellable physical event objects, interaction pieces and selected atmosphere systems.
Yes. Premium lawn games and social interaction pieces are a core Made4Moments application for weddings and outdoor events, subject to availability.
Yes. Corporate events can use social games, branded interaction pieces, networking objects and other low-friction activities designed to help guests engage.
Yes. Wine farms and hospitality venues are a natural fit for Made4Moments, including events, guest interaction, tasting experiences, leisure pieces and branded activations.
Yes. Availability depends on the date, location, item and rental requirements.
Yes. Not every Made4Moments item is an outdoor lawn game. Selected products can be used indoors where space, access and venue rules allow.
Where the product is offered individually, yes. Some products may also be grouped into packages or recommended combinations.
Selected packages may be developed around event type, guest interaction or product combinations. Where no fixed package is listed, send the event details and we can advise on a suitable combination.
Possibly, if the items are available and the logistics are practical. Last-minute bookings may have limited delivery, setup or customisation options.
No. A booking is only confirmed according to the applicable rental process, payment requirements and written confirmation.
Rental periods depend on the product and booking format. Weekend, single-day, multi-day and venue arrangements can be handled differently. The exact collection and return window should be confirmed with the booking.
Extended rental may be possible depending on availability, location and the product. Ask for a custom rental period.
Selected items may allow customer collection if the vehicle, loading method and product make this practical. Larger or more sensitive pieces may require controlled transport.
Collection can be arranged where it forms part of the booking. Exact timing depends on the venue, event schedule and agreed logistics.
Yes, subject to venue access, timing and delivery arrangements. Provide the venue name and event date when enquiring.
You are responsible for confirming that the venue allows the planned items, activities and setup. Some venues have rules around lawn use, access times, noise, alcohol, floor protection, loading areas or collection after hours.
For larger rentals we may need access times, loading information, setup area, contact person, floor or lawn conditions, stairs, distance from parking and any venue restrictions that affect transport or installation.
Many lawn games are intended for suitable grass or outdoor surfaces, but the correct surface depends on the item. Confirm the venue conditions if you are unsure.
Some can, while others may require a softer or more level playing area. Hard surfaces can also increase wear or damage risk. Ask about the specific item before the event.
Do not assume that an outdoor-use item is designed for unlimited weather exposure. Outdoor event use and permanent weatherproof installation are different requirements.
The applicable booking and cancellation terms should guide the commercial arrangement. From a practical perspective, protect the rental items and contact us if the agreed setup can no longer be used safely.
The booking customer is responsible for the rented items during the agreed rental period, subject to the rental terms supplied with the booking.
Contact us and do not attempt an unsuitable repair. Repair or replacement charges may apply depending on the damage and the rental terms.
Normal rental wear is different from breakage, misuse, loss, staining, water damage or avoidable impact damage. If a condition is disputed, photographs taken before and after the booking can help assess it.
Lost components or complete items may be charged according to the rental agreement and replacement requirements.
Return expectations depend on the item. Normal post-event cleaning may be built into the rental process, but excessive dirt, staining, food residue, wax, liquid damage or other unusual cleaning can attract additional charges.
Only where the product is intended for that use. Serving pieces, bars, tables and games have different surface requirements. Ask before using a rental item in a way that could stain or damage it.
Many social games can be enjoyed by families, but supervision and age suitability depend on the product. Large or heavy game components should not be treated as children's toys unless specifically intended for that use.
Made4Moments is positioned around social interaction rather than intoxication. The organiser remains responsible for safe, lawful use and guest behaviour.
Selected personalised details may be possible where the product and production schedule allow it. Personalisation is quoted separately unless it is included in a listed package.
Yes. Corporate branding is a strong use case for selected Made4Moments products and may be routed through 4th BrandHaus for artwork, branding and production control.
Potentially. Businesses and venues with repeat activation needs can discuss recurring rental, dedicated branded sets or purchase options.
Some successful rental products may also be available as products or custom builds. Ask if you want a permanent version for a home, venue, wine farm or company.
Yes, where the product is suitable for permanent venue ownership. A purchased system can also be branded or adapted as a hospitality project where appropriate.
Selected custom pieces can be developed, especially when there is a clear use case, suitable budget and enough lead time. Highly custom work is quoted separately from normal rentals.
Reference images can help communicate the desired mood or function, but custom work should be developed into an appropriate original solution rather than treated as a direct copy request.
That is not the core positioning. We focus on interaction pieces, rentable objects and physical systems. If a project includes broader decor, florals or event management, those areas may need separate suppliers.
Not by default. Most Made4Moments products are intended to be easy for guests to understand and use. Staffed activations may be considered separately for suitable corporate or branded projects.
Potentially. Multiple games, scoring systems, branded sets or team-based activation ideas can be developed for corporate functions or larger events.
Where a game or interaction piece needs rules or setup guidance, clear instructions should be provided or made accessible.
Potentially, subject to availability and the rental terms. Commercial photo shoots, styling shoots and advertising use should be disclosed when booking.
Items can be repositioned only where they can be moved safely without damage. Large products should not be dragged, tipped or disassembled without permission.
Tell us as early as possible if collection or venue access will be affected. Additional transport, waiting or rescheduling charges may apply where the agreed logistics change materially.
Contact us immediately. A venue change can affect travel, access, delivery price, setup requirements and suitability of the selected products.
Changes depend on availability and how close the event is. Adding items is usually easier than switching reserved inventory close to the booking date. Custom or personalised work may have tighter change limits.
The applicable Made4Moments rental terms should define cancellation, postponement and refundable amounts. Custom production, transport booked in advance or date-specific work may be treated differently from a standard rental.
Where scheduling and availability allow, postponement may be possible under the applicable booking terms. Confirm the new date before assuming inventory can be transferred.
Package pricing may be possible where several products are booked together, but transport, setup and complexity still matter. Ask for a combined quote.
Recurring venues, planners, coordinators, agencies or hospitality partners may be considered for structured collaboration. Contact us with expected frequency and typical event requirements.
Yes. Provide the planner's contact details, client or event reference, venue, date and invoicing requirements.
Yes. Recurring corporate activations, hospitality events or venue programming can be structured as repeat bookings or dedicated branded systems.
Include:
- event date;
- venue and location;
- event type;
- estimated guest count;
- products you are interested in;
- delivery or collection preference;
- setup requirements;
- branding or personalisation requirements;
- required collection time;
- a contact person for the venue where relevant.

Check Event Availability4TM Worx — Fabrication & Trade
4TM Worx is the B2B fabrication and production-support pillar of the 4TM ecosystem. It is intended for businesses, trades and professionals who need dependable physical production rather than a consumer retail product.
Typical customers include carpenters, joiners, cabinetmakers, installers, contractors, interior professionals, product businesses, hospitality businesses and other companies that need fabrication capacity or repeat production support.
Yes. CNC fabrication is an important 4TM Worx capability, particularly for repeatable panels, plywood and MDF components, profiles, cut-outs, templates and other controlled 2D or 2.5D production work.
Yes, for suitable projects. Client-supplied material is accepted subject to condition, thickness, flatness, quality and machining suitability. Material defects, incorrect specifications or hidden faults can affect the result.
Production-ready CAD or vector files are preferred where applicable. The required format depends on the operation. If your file needs cleaning, redrawing, nesting or production preparation, that may be quoted separately.
Production files may be retained for approved repeat work. Version control is important: changes should be clearly identified so an older file is not accidentally reproduced.
Include:
- material;
- thickness;
- quantity;
- overall dimensions;
- drawings or production files;
- required operations;
- required tolerance if important;
- finish requirements;
- whether you supply the material;
- delivery or collection requirement;
- required date.
Capabilities can include CNC fabrication, panel and component production, cabinetry support, wood fabrication, selected metalwork, prototypes, jigs, templates, product development and repeat batch production.
The exact route depends on the project.
Yes, subject to the material, thickness, file, part geometry and job requirements.
Selected solid-timber work may be possible, but the process and pricing can differ materially from sheet goods. Send the species, dimensions and required operation for confirmation.
Selected materials may be possible, but every plastic, composite or laminated panel behaves differently. The exact material should be identified before quoting.
Do not assume that a material is suitable simply because it is machinable in general. Send the exact alloy, thickness and required operation so the safest and most appropriate process can be confirmed.
Yes. Trade production and component support are core use cases for 4TM Worx.
Selected MDF door profiling and repeatable cabinet-door work can be quoted based on the profile, dimensions, quantity and finishing requirements.
Yes, suitable door cut-outs and repeatable insert openings can be handled as a structured CNC service, subject to the material, dimensions and profile requirements.
Often, yes. Material supply depends on the job, stock, specification and sourcing requirements.
That depends on the project. Trade customers may already have a preferred material supply chain, while other jobs are easier when material is sourced as part of the quote. Ask before ordering material specifically for a job.
Yes for quoting or explaining the project, but a sketch or PDF may not be production-ready. Additional drawing or file-preparation work may be required before manufacturing.
Simple jobs may be possible from confirmed dimensions. Complex parts should be documented properly to reduce ambiguity.
Design and product-development support can be quoted where needed. Fabrication pricing and design-development pricing should not be assumed to be the same thing.
Where a supplied file is not production-ready or design work is required, drawing, redrawing, nesting, programming or setup may be charged separately.
Yes. Prototyping is possible for suitable projects, particularly where a product or component needs to be tested before repeat production.
Often, yes. A sample or prototype may have a higher unit cost because setup and development are spread over only one item.
They can. Repeatable batch production can improve setup efficiency, material use and handling. Quantity alone does not guarantee a lower price if the parts remain highly complex or labour-intensive.
Minimum job or setup charges may apply because small jobs still require administration, setup, machine preparation and handling.
Structured trade or repeat pricing may be available where the work is predictable, repeatable and commercially suitable.
Repeat components can be structured more predictably once the design, material, quantity, tolerance and production method are stable. Pricing may still require review if input costs or specifications change.
Use a clear revision or version name and tell us what changed. Do not silently replace a production file without identifying the revision.
Confidential or white-label production relationships can be discussed. If a project needs specific confidentiality, ownership or non-disclosure terms, raise this before sharing commercially sensitive information.
Yes. Discreet production support for designers, contractors, joiners and other businesses is a relevant 4TM Worx model.
Not unless the project structure calls for it or you authorise it. Trade and confidential production relationships should have clear communication boundaries from the start.
Selected products or components may be manufactured as a trade, white-label or client-branded project depending on volume, design ownership and commercial structure.
Ownership depends on what was supplied, what was commissioned and the agreement attached to the work. Do not assume that paying for manufacturing automatically transfers internal production files, methods or design IP.
Tolerance depends on material, process, part size, geometry, tooling and downstream use. If a specific tolerance is critical, state it before quoting.
Only when the required measurements, tolerances and reference conditions are sufficiently controlled. Where fit is critical, templates, samples or test parts may be necessary.
In some cases a part can be measured and reproduced, provided the project is lawful and the required geometry can be captured accurately. Reverse-engineering time may be quoted separately.
4TM Worx should not be treated as a route for unauthorised copying. If ownership or permission is unclear, we may decline the job.
Selected finishing, assembly or downstream production may be available depending on the material and project.
Delivery or collection depends on the component size, quantity and location. Trade orders can be structured around repeat collection or delivery arrangements where practical.
Lead time depends on job size, current production capacity, file readiness, material availability and quantity. Repeat work is easier to schedule when production files and specifications are already approved.
Possibly, but priority production is capacity-dependent and may attract a rush surcharge.
Yes. Where the project requires design rationalisation, prototypes or production development, it can be routed through the appropriate development process before repeat manufacturing begins.
Need something fabricated?
Send your material, thickness, quantity, dimensions, files and required date. If the part is not yet production-ready, tell us what still needs to be developed.
Request a Fabrication Quote4thBrandHaus - White label Products and Solutions
4th BrandHaus is the physical branding and business-identity pillar of 4TM. It helps organisations translate their brand into real objects, textiles, signage, displays, hospitality pieces and branded products.
Services can include embroidery, textile branding, engraving, product branding, signage, displays, branded hospitality pieces, custom branded products, corporate gifting, batch production and selected white-label or co-branded projects.
Yes. Embroidery can be used for staff apparel, hospitality textiles, caps, patches, uniforms and other suitable textile branding.
Yes. Selected signage, brand walls, display elements, cut lettering, identity panels and other physical brand applications can be developed depending on the project.
Yes. Hospitality objects such as tasting boards, wine carriers, serving pieces, displays and other branded physical products can be developed or batch-produced where suitable.
Vector artwork is preferred for many branding, signage and production applications. High-quality source files help preserve accuracy. If suitable artwork is not available, preparation or redrawing may be required.
Minimums vary by product and production method. Some items can be produced in small batches while others only make commercial sense at higher quantities.
Yes, for suitable products and quantities. White-label work requires clear agreement on branding, packaging, ownership, minimums and repeat-production expectations.
No. BrandHaus is intended to work beyond simply placing a logo on an object. Projects can include material choice, placement, product format, physical presentation and repeat-production structure where appropriate.
Possibly. Customer-supplied garments need to be suitable for the intended embroidery or branding process. We may recommend testing or decline materials that create a high production risk.
Where suitable, garments or textile items can be sourced as part of a project.
Minimums depend on the item, artwork and setup requirements. Small runs may be possible but setup cost affects low quantities more heavily.
Digitising converts artwork into a production file suitable for embroidery. It is not the same as simply saving a logo in a different file type. Complex artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted for clean stitching.
It may be. Setup, digitising, sampling or artwork preparation can be quoted separately from production, particularly for new logos or complex designs.
We aim for the closest practical match within the materials, threads, inks, coatings or production method available. Physical colour systems do not always reproduce digital screen colours perfectly.
Yes. Display and identity systems are a strong BrandHaus application, especially for hospitality, retail, wine, product presentation and branded environments.
Yes. BrandHaus can support corporate gifts, launch items, staff gifts, client gifts and branded product programmes.
Yes, where the budget, quantity and lead time justify product development. A custom physical gift can be designed around the brand rather than simply selected from a generic catalogue.
Possibly. The material, finish, shape and branding method must be assessed first.
Selected items may be suitable. Because customer-supplied products can vary in coating, material and construction, testing may be required and the risk must be agreed before production.
Selected engraving and marking work is available depending on the material and product.
The suitable branding process depends on substrate, durability requirement, quantity, artwork and product shape. We select or recommend a method based on the application rather than forcing every job through the same process.
Selected packaging elements, inserts, tags, labels, presentation components or physical packaging features may be included in a broader project. Full commercial packaging production may involve specialist suppliers.
Brand identity design and physical brand execution are different scopes. If your business does not yet have usable artwork, the design requirement should be identified before production is quoted.
A JPEG may be useful as a visual reference, but it may not be production-ready. Low-resolution images often require redrawing or replacement with proper artwork.
Simple artwork preparation may be possible, but the required work depends on source quality and intended production method.
Where appropriate, artwork placement, dimensions, mock-ups, samples or test production should be approved before larger production begins.
Sampling may be recommended or required for certain materials, colours, embroidery setups, new products or larger production runs.
Not automatically. Samples consume materials, setup and production time and may be quoted separately.
Revision structure should be defined in the quote or project scope. Unlimited revision cycles are not assumed.
Changes after approval can require new setup, new proofs, new materials or re-production and may affect cost and lead time.
Turnaround depends on quantity, artwork readiness, product availability, production method, sampling and current workload. Tell us the required date before approving the job.
Rush work may be possible when capacity and materials allow. Additional fees may apply.
Yes. Structured repeat programmes are a strong BrandHaus use case once artwork, placement and product specifications are approved.

Potentially. Larger quantities should be planned around sampling, approval, production scheduling, material availability and quality control.

Selected trade, reseller, private-label or recurring production relationships can be considered where the scope is commercially suitable.
Yes. Co-branded hospitality, retail, event or promotional products can be developed where both brands and the commercial structure make sense.
Sometimes. Very small custom jobs can carry a high setup cost, so the most economical solution may be a standard product with controlled branding rather than a fully custom item.
Installation can be included for selected signage, display or physical-identity projects where appropriate.
BrandHaus may coordinate multiple processes where that is required to deliver a cohesive physical result. The project should be scoped as a complete solution rather than assuming every production process occurs in one machine or one workshop.
Not as a normal deliverable. The customer is buying the agreed result, specification and quality standard. Internal sourcing, tooling, supplier relationships and production methods remain part of the 4TM operating system unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Confidentiality agreements can be considered for suitable commercial projects. Raise this before disclosing sensitive information.
Ownership depends on the scope and written agreement. Existing client logos remain the client's material, while newly developed product concepts, production systems, CAD, tooling or reusable design elements may require separate ownership terms.
Yes, if the design is production-ready, lawful to manufacture and suitable for the available process. We may suggest adjustments where needed for manufacturability or quality.
