Many 4TM products are made to order in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Rather than holding large quantities of finished stock, products that are not currently available enter production once your order has been confirmed.

For products that are not in stock, the estimated production and shipping time is typically 10 to 15 business days, depending on material availability, finishing requirements and the current workshop schedule. Products that are already in stock may be dispatched sooner.

Once your order enters production, it moves through the required stages of material preparation, fabrication, finishing and final inspection before being prepared for dispatch. Some products may be completed sooner, while production schedules may occasionally vary depending on the requirements of the product.

Natural materials may vary slightly in colour, grain and character from the product shown. These variations are part of the material and make each finished piece individual.

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will be notified when the courier has collected your order.

We deliver 4TM products across South Africa using courier services. Delivery availability and cost may vary depending on the size of your order, the destination and the delivery requirements of the product.

Products that are currently in stock are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.

If a product is not currently in stock, it is made to order in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Made-to-order products are produced, finished and prepared for dispatch within an estimated 10 to 15 business days.

The 10 to 15 business day timeframe refers to production and dispatch and does not include courier transit time. Delivery time after collection will vary depending on your location and the courier service available to your area.

Once your order has been completed, packed and collected by the courier, you will be notified that your order has been dispatched.
