Many 4TM products are made to order in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Rather than holding large quantities of finished stock, each piece enters production once your order has been confirmed.

Lead times typically range from 4–12 weeks depending on the product, material availability, finishing requirements and current workshop schedule. The estimated lead time shown on each product page refers to production time and does not include delivery time.

Once your order enters production, it moves through the required stages of material preparation, fabrication, finishing and final inspection before being prepared for dispatch. Certain products may be completed sooner, while more complex furniture and specialised pieces may require the full stated lead time.

Natural materials may vary slightly in colour, grain and character from the product shown. These variations are part of the material and make each finished piece individual.

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed with you.

We offer delivery throughout the Cape Winelands and the greater Cape Town region. Delivery availability and cost may vary depending on the size of your order, the destination and the delivery requirements of the product.
