4thBrandHaus white label products are made to order in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Each product enters production once the final specification, branding, materials, finishes and required approvals have been confirmed.

The estimated production and shipping time is typically 3 to 6 weeks, depending on order quantity, material availability, branding requirements, finishing processes and the current workshop schedule.

Orders move through the required stages of material preparation, fabrication, branding, finishing, quality control and packaging before being prepared for dispatch. Larger quantities, specialist materials or newly developed products may require additional production time.

Delivery is available throughout South Africa using courier or freight services. Delivery cost and transit time depend on the size of the order, destination and handling requirements. The stated production timeframe does not include courier transit time.

Once your order has been completed, inspected and packed, you will be notified when it has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

Delivery arrangements are confirmed case by case and may vary depending on order quantity, product size, weight, destination, packaging requirements and any special handling needed.

Once production has been completed, the order is inspected, packed and prepared for collection. The most suitable delivery method and applicable cost will then be confirmed as part of the order or quotation process.

Courier and freight transit times vary by destination and service provider and are separate from the manufacturing lead time.

4thBrandHaus white label products can be adapted through a wide range of branding and manufacturing options depending on the product, material and intended application. These may include engraving, screen printing, embossing, printed graphics, custom metal finishes, timber selection, leather detailing, plexiglass branding, colour combinations, packaging and other product specific treatments.

Artwork should preferably be supplied in a clear vector format. Depending on the selected process, artwork may need to be resized, simplified or adjusted slightly so that it can be reproduced cleanly and consistently on the chosen material.

Branding and finishes may vary slightly between materials and individual units. Timber grain, colour, leather texture, coating appearance, engraving depth, print finish and small dimensional differences can occur as part of normal material and manufacturing variation.

For larger production runs, a reasonable manufacturing allowance may be required to account for setup, rejected components or units that do not pass final quality control. Where an exact final quantity is critical, this should be communicated before production so that the required allowance can be included in the quotation.

Products with genuine manufacturing defects outside the agreed specification or normal production tolerance will be assessed by 4thBrandHaus and, where applicable, repaired, replaced or credited.
